All prices for services are listed in Canadian funds. Clients making payments via e-transfer, PayPal, or other financial transfer methods are fully responsible for any fees incurred by their bank or payment processor. International clients are responsible for all currency conversion rates and associated costs.
All services offered by Dorota Medium are for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Readings: One-on-One, Group, and Psychic Parties:
- Eligibility for Services: Dorota and her affiliates reserve the right to determine whether services can be appropriately rendered during a session. For example, the use of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited before or during any session. Services will be refused to clients believed to be under the influence of these substances.
- Content of Readings: While every effort is made to connect with specific individuals or provide insight, there is no guarantee that such connections will occur. Additionally, future-oriented information is not guaranteed, though insights into potential outcomes will be shared when possible.
Rebooking, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals
- Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled once by contacting lifejourney@dorotamedium.com at least seven (7) days before the scheduled session.
- No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without providing 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for refunds or future bookings.
- Late Arrivals:
- Appointments will be shortened for late arrivals to respect the schedule.
- Arriving 10 minutes late or more will result in a cancellation without refund or credit.
